The hands of the chef that currently works at this particular Pollo Tropical have been kissed by God. The taste and quality of the food by far out performs most non-fast food restaurants in South Florida. There are times when the food is made ready so fast, my number would be called and I haven’t yet gotten the chance to look at my receipt. No Ribs. Slow instore service. Elderly servers, God bless but slow and liability with comercial slippery kitchen floors. Sitting area floor not kept well. Slip hazard. Raining outside and inside on the miami grill side of exit. Lots employees that could be more busy cleaning floor, tables.Parking: Good could get blocked in by drive thru if not careful
