Went there 4/19 around 11pm, the service was bad, they don't no how to speak English there, second the food was dry and old, chicken was dry and hard and the rice had a bunch of dry rice from old rice that has been recycled thru out the day. The manager needs a re training. She was not able to fix my order that her cashier ruined and on top of that she didn't make sure the order was right knowing we had been waiting longer than usual already. The cherry on top of the cake is that even after redoing my order twice they still got my order wrong... unacceptable. I recommend going to another pollo tropical this one is ran by people who aren't dedicated and don't care about your food, don't waste your money.

Maria the manager is very inappropriate with the costumers, I paid with a 50 dollar bill and just because it was old she didn’t accept it and I had to take a 100 bill and paid and since it was new she accepted the bill, a total scam remember the name Maria the manager worse service ever Maria Maria Maria tiene las ……

Disastrous, I have never had such a bad experience at a Tropical chicken. No beans, no tostones, no fries, employees need training if they do not know the menu correctly. I neither visit that place nor recommend it.

I placed an order today for my husband and son. When my husband was eating his Tropichop he found this in his food. We had to vote on his and my child's food for fear that we would find something else. Outraged, I won't buy from that establishment again.

Today, Saturday, 02/03/2023 at 10:30 at night, I told the manager on duty that they should fumigate the outdoor table area for eating because there were COCKROACHES and the very attentive girl received my message.A regular flower seller at the place was upset by my complaint, this person should not be inside the place disturbing the diners, we hope they take action.Thank you, excellent service of the place.
