What can I say, Pollo Tropical is always reliable. Good food, good overall value for the money, good rice and beans, good chiken and pork. I consider it a fast food place, some people don't. But if you have a drive thru, you're a fast food joint. They are what I consider probably the healthiest "Fast Food" joint.
Food was freshly made and tasted great. Good size portions. The only drawback the application doesn’t work well when you want to redeem a free meal. I enjoy eating at Pollo Tropical ?!!!

Pase por el drive thru hoy y el muchacho de la ventana me dio la comida y no me dio la ración de yuca frita,cuando se la pedí me trajo una ración pequeña en lugar de la que yo había ordenado grande,se lo dije y me trajo una grande pero cruda completamente y además no me dio ni el dressing de cilantro,en fin todo malísimo el servicio pésimo y poquísima comida . cada día están peor en ese pollo tropical???
