Drive thru "express" outpost for Pollo Tropical. The Cuban Sandwich was good, although it seemed pre-made as the bread was quite hard. I ordered fries, but they were not in the bag and trying to get back in line or get with the somebody who might be able to help was was made quite inconvenient by the format of this restaurant (intentionally or not). They also did not have iced tea, again maybe a result of this being an "express" location.

Late night came across a smell of some good chicken. Open late night and came to get a 1/2 chicken combo. The chicken was hot the fries were fresh and the rice was on point with the vegetables mixed in. This place has great prices and great service event before closing. I had to wait for fresh stuff but i dont mind as long as it was communicated. Happy customer and full off my meal so would absolutely come again or try something else off the menu on the next visit. 5⭐️ experience at this locationVegetarian options: Most combos have a vegan/vegetarian option

Ordered for home delivery through Pollo Tropical app. Food arrived on time but missing two containers of salsa that I ordered. Called the restaurant and spent 40 minutes waiting on the phone for the place to issue a refund, which I suspect will never appear. Meanwhile chicken was terribly greasy and tasteless. Black beans had no seasoning whatsoever. Yellow rice was so-so. NEVER AGAIN - What a dump!

They served me the worst, they threw it in the container because I told them that it was too low and mixed up, horrible, it was missing everything. The man yelled at me and told me that for what I paid I didn't deserve more, he wants more for 8 dollars, so better I returned it to them and they didn't give me my money back, a lack of respect from everyone and the staff there made fun of me

Super delicious grilled chicken, the place is very noisy. It is cheap and “healthy” to eat, I order 1/2 chicken with salad. Super cost benefit!! The tropichop is very good too.

the lady had a rude attitude when taking my order i ask for extra chicken on my tropichop she said it’ll be extra of course but on the menu it says $2.80 for double meat i was charged $4.89 for this i should throw a rock though the

My fav. Never to long a line and they keep it moving. exit is sometimes difficult as not everyone is courteous.
Worse service ever …the cashier /order taker she was so impatient and rude !! We ask her what sauce comes with the items she said it so fast and when we ask her again she did not answer.Finally got the order in and she close the window abruptly and went to pick up window and start yelling at the top of her voice to drive down -we were simply trying to read the sauces since she never let us know what they are ! Got to the window and she just shove the bag out the window to us .i said can we get some cilantro sauce after reading the sauce at the window.She made it seems like we were bothering her !! Just not a pleasant overall experience at all .The yuca was also extremely greasy as well . 1/13/2024 at 9:20pm name Sury!!

The sign reads Pollo Tropical and that’s where it ends.Worst food ever. Dried burned chicken and burned tostones. Rice was so dried choked on it. Pollo Tropical shouldn’t let franchises like this one ruin their name. Worst chicken ever hands
