Late night came across a smell of some good chicken. Open late night and came to get a 1/2 chicken combo. The chicken was hot the fries were fresh and the rice was on point with the vegetables mixed in. This place has great prices and great service event before closing. I had to wait for fresh stuff but i dont mind as long as it was communicated. Well, the poor kid was working both windows - I asked and he said it was because two people called out. He still had a smile, was fast and attentive.Meal came out quickly, tons of rice and beans, and the chicken breast was surprisingly tender (usually you're better off with the 1/4 or half chicken meals).Hopefully my good experience can offset what others were complaining about...

Drive thru "express" outpost for Pollo Tropical. The Cuban Sandwich was good, although it seemed pre-made as the bread was quite hard. I ordered fries, but they were not in the bag and trying to get back in line or get with the somebody who might be able to help was was made quite inconvenient by the format of this restaurant (intentionally or not). They also did not have iced tea, again maybe a result of this being an "express" location.
