WORKERS AT THE LOCATION ARE GREAT AND THE LOCATION IS VERY CLOSE TO WORK. I WISH THE LOCATION HAD SITTING AREA AND NOT ONLY THE WALK-UP / DRIVER-THRU AREA ONLY. ALL IN ALL, GREAT SERVICE.

Pollo Tropical is a quick and convenient restaurant that offers flavorful meals, perfect for on-the-go dining. Customers appreciate the fast service, especially at drive-thru locations, where food is prepared quickly and efficiently. The menu includes popular items like the cilantro garlic crispy chicken sandwich and BBQ pork sandwich, both of which have received praise for their delicious taste. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some customers noting exceptional customer service, especially when handling issues. For example, a manager was described as polite and accommodating when resolving a problem with a meal. However, there have been occasional concerns about food quality, such as missing items or portions, and some experiences with burnt or incomplete food, leading to frustrations. Despite these setbacks, many customers feel the restaurant redeems itself through good food and customer care. Overall, Pollo Tropical is seen as a reliable spot for good food and quick service, especially for those on the move or looking for a satisfying meal without the need for seating.
