I went to this pollo tropical with my family and we were made to wait for 20+ minutes on the take out line. When we finally were able to order, the employee told us that no grilled chicken was ready for what we were originally going to order. Considering that, we decided to order a large “Tropi-Chop”, which lacked chicken and had heavily undercooked brown rice. (so undercooked that when I chewed I could hear the crunch of the rice)This is a shame because my family and I love going to pollo tropical and have been clients for years.
I ordered a chicken soup through Uber and when I'm eating it, it was broth soup, it didn't have any chicken, just a small piece. Next time, don't sell chicken but broth, yes, the flavor was very rich but very poor. In the image you can see that I ate all the broth and only that piece remained.

DO NOT order online!!! My order was scheduled to be ready at 4:00 and it 4:40 and is not ready. I am inside the restaurant and no one cares. 20 people have come after me and have their food.
