Best price and clean place to eat
The food is consistently good, but the business is dirty. Which makes me hesitant to eat there. And often, i've decided not to eat there because of the lack of cleanliness. That lack of cleanliness begins with the presentation at the counter. The registers themselves and the receipt printers themselves are dirty. Always dirty. Something so simple to maintain. The employees are so lazy that they don't bother disinfecting and wiping down the counters and the registers and receipt...read full review

Pollo Tropical is a popular Miami spot known for its quick service, affordable prices, and delicious Latin-style roast chicken with rice and beans. Customers enjoy the friendly staff, clean environment, and strong cultural presence. The cilantro garlic sauce here appears to be made differently than at other locations, being more white and creamy rather than the typical greenish hue. The mango sweet tea is lightly sweetened, adding to the unique flavors. The food is always hot, fresh, and consistently good, even near closing time. The team is fast and works well together, despite the place often being busy. The staff, including attentive and caring employees like Yenier, Anisley, and the manager Tania, make the experience enjoyable. The place is kept very clean, and the cheerful team creates a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it remains a highly recommended dining option in Miami, with many customers praising the effort and friendliness of the staff.
