DO NOT order online!!! My order was scheduled to be ready at 4:00 and it 4:40 and is not ready. I am inside the restaurant and no one cares. 20 people have come after me and have their food.
I had the pleasure of coming to this wonderful place. I loved my stay here. The food is very delicious. They do not lose their culture. The cleanliness is 100%. The attention is amazing. The employees and managers are very attentive. I recommend it 100%. It is the best. food place in all of Miami, I also congratulate the manager Erika and her group of employees, their attention is very very good, go, you will not regret it I love ❤️Pollo Tropical ?️

I ordered a chicken soup through Uber and when I'm eating it, it was broth soup, it didn't have any chicken, just a small piece. Next time, don't sell chicken but broth, yes, the flavor was very rich but very poor. In the image you can see that I ate all the broth and only that piece remained.
