Let me start by saying everyone deserves a second chance, so I went here again yesterday because the first time I went, the customer service was beyond disgusting.I decided to give them another chance because maybe they were having a bad day and boy oh boy the customer service was so unprofessional and disrespectful I almost asked for a refund because I felt so uncomfortable but they had already prepared my food and I didn't want to do that to them. The customer service shocked me the cashier was disgusting, but the manager was also at the same rate as UNPROFESSIONAL DISGUSTINGLY DISRESPECTFUL I shall NOT ever ever go there again. During the transaction, my 11 year old even asked "Mom why do you come here?... I had no words. ???

The cashier was kind of of non chalant. I ordered the 6.99 2 piece and asked if I can sub 2 legs...like I do at other Popeyes. She wouldn't. I asked why? Is it a independent franchise? She just had a bad attitude. No name tag so I don't know her name on 55th and 7 in Miami at 12:42

i asked if they can change my chicken because they didn’t have the option online and they said popeyes doesn’t do that which i never went to no popeyes and they couldn’t change your chicken just because it was an online order !!!!! and they have very nasty customer service even the manager has a very nasty attitude.and then they are very stingy with condiments !!
