New and great experience!

Attention to detail from the staff was very much appreciated. Lots of options from their freshly made waffles, ice cream, to their boba bar. It was a bit hard to understand the menu, however the staff was very knowledgable with the products and guided me, step by step in creating a masterpiece. Wish they were located closer toward the front of Julia and Henry's because people are missing out on such creativity.

Waffles are unique and taste good, ice cream is also great, FYI you will not see it on the street, it is inside on the 1st floor of Julia and Henry. I recommended you stop by here.

i've always been going to the hollywood beach location, and while ice cream selection is smaller, everything else is the same! yummy waffles and boba!

I love this place! I came twice and Calvin is so nice and kind. Boba is really good and it's one of the few boba places in downtown Miami. 10/10 Recommended 🧋

Yummy! Good service!!

I recently visited this waffle shop and was blown away by how good their hot pressed waffles are! The waffles come out perfectly golden, crispy on the edges yet soft and fluffy inside, paired with a scoop of ice cream, and various toppings takes it to a new level.

The presentation is also fantastic, making it just as Instagram worthy as it is delicious. I have to say these hold up really well to the ones I had in Hong Kong. Definitely give it a try if you're around the area!

Puffles is located inside the Julia and Henry's building, on the first floor, in front of the elevators. At first glance, it can be easily missed as they're hidden in the back.

The aroma of fresh waffles fills the building on all three floors. We got the Fruit Me Up on a plate and was a simple, yet delicious sweet treat. Vanilla ice cream with nutella and various fresh fruits was the perfect combo. Wish we had more room in our stomach to try out their boba but their brown sugar milk tea looked delicous! Will definitely be back

Awesome she made it just like the picture basic b ice cream with waffle sprinkles and white chocolate she made it good beautiful and the strawberry green tea strawberry and mango boba drink was really good and she was nice and fast brianna e me my daughter love it thank you

The smell in the building is disgusting. It’s very dirty and a big mess on the working spot. After I tasted the boba, I felt a weird taste and felt nausea, and pain in my stomach. I do not recommend this place.
