You might think, "there's no way the best ramen at the best value is in gentrification HQ" but actually this is very good ramen at probably the most reasonable price you can find in Miami. $10 lunch special
Good Ramen, the broth is delicious, take the spicy one with the habanero miso paste. Not sure about the noodles, they are missing some chew and are not curly. But still a good bowl of ramen.

Henry and Juliets is a lot smaller than you expect but this spot definitely does ramen right. When not busy you can find seating all around the floor. Staff was friendly, and the ramen was amazing. Definitely feel like they should add more meat to the dish. Feels as if they're cutting cost there vs how they should be, what's expected.
