The thick and dark broth, thin noodles with good texture, and well-portioned scallions and sprouts create a satisfying dish. The pork can be slightly overcooked, and the egg is only half and not marinated. The restaurant is small but has friendly staff and amazing ramen, though more meat in the dish would be appreciated.
