the pizza making was pretty disappointing to be honest.

Went for my birthday since my family had been before and told me how fun it was.

Seems like they recently changed the procedure giving you little freedom in the pizza making process, also felt kind of rushed. Seems like before they used to let you make the dough shape it add sauce cheese and toppings. When I went now they were adamant on showing up 15 minutes before your reservation but started about 15 minutes past our reservation time. They also seemed pretty restrictive in the pizza making process. It seems like they’re understaffed because the service was also not great but it seemed mainly due to the fact that the employees there were being overworked moving between making the pizzas managing the register and teaching the class/waiting the table. The instructor (again not the real problem here) taught the class and kind of did part of the dough sculpting using one of the people’s pizza as an example of how to do it instead of letting her do it completely on her own. The main annoyance I would say is that they didn’t allow us to put toppings on the pizza. When my family last went a few months ago they were able to but the guy there said we couldn’t because then the pizza would “stick to the table”? I don’t get how pepperonis are gonna stick the dough to the table but ok? So they only allowed us to put cheese and then tell the workers what other toppings to put on the pizza. I then asked what topping options they had and if they had a list which they pointed to the menu on the wall saying they just have that. I did not have time to read it so kind of just made do. I wanted to customize my pizza more and later saw they had another cheese I would’ve liked to add to my pizza, when I asked the guy what cheeses they had (maybe i missed it) but i didn’t hear him say they had ricotta. Was kind of bummed out I didn’t get to add it. Anyways because of all of that and me having gone with my family it was a shock and disappointment to them as well. They also gave two small bowls of cheese for a table of 10 people we asked for more and so they brought two more but then when we asked for more because again it was 2 small/medium bowls they said we had too much cheese. Two people at the table has cheese-less pizzas at this point which we pointed out. They said they’d add the cheese themselves.

I wasn’t there the last time my family had gone but my brother had said it tasted worse this time, and kept saying it tasted like they didn’t completely cook his pizza (raw) and that it just tasted like dough, and he only ended up eating the crust of his pizza (he’s not usually the picky type so that was a bit weird). Also the service was slow but it was last time too, it seems like they may just need more staff which I know the workers who helped us today are not in charge of. But yeah just overall disappointing and sucky unfortunately.

this pizza is honestly some of the BEST I’ve had anywhere in Miami, and don’t even get me started on my server, Julio Cesar… he was SO KIND to our table! Amazing food, and amazing service.

We have a ritual of visiting Pummarolaat the Falls mall every weekend with my son. My son is excited to see Julio Cesar at the cashier every time. Julio greets him with his first name, always a warm welcome. The service is quick and efficient. The pizza is simply delicious. We are big fans.

We had a Pizza making class here today. Chef Fabrizio gave an excellent class. We had so much fun. The pizza is delicious, we also had the Nutella pizza for dessert, delicious. The food was excellent, the class was wonderful. The Chef was very helpful. Must come here more often for pizza.

We came to pizza making experience and Fabrizio taught us the whole process with patience,specially because we were with my 4yo there and was kind of messy. Super fun experience. We all loved! And the pizza as usual is my favorite
