My unit was beautiful but management was absolutely horrendous. They should all be fired.

Worst place to live in brickell.They have a BIG ISSUE their water pipes are very very loud and make a lot of noise every time your neighbor use the water, it would literally not allow you to sleep during the night because of the noise, I been complaining and management just careless, and ignore you.

Dont move here!!!if there is noise or any issues with parking they dont care or have any capabilities of helping . I had an issue with a tenant and called security no one in management did anything for 4 months. I've even had to call the police because their security is incompetent ...dont feel safe here..FYI random parking lots from other buildings in Brickell will now be using lower floors in RISE to park in the building we're paying rent to live in.

I can no stay at 5 star hotels. Rise is better. This place is unparalleled. Spacious parking garage. Huge amenity deck that is the envy of the rest of Brickell.

High level, very good choices for food and shopping
Lived here for such a long time..the staff has become so incompetentThe management has not serviced my air filter as set up from my landlord so my air conditioner was not cleaned in years! It finally broke. Ive had surprise flower deliveries and no one in the front lobby would tell me they are there and let them die after 3 days.The receiving office emails you that you have have packages and that they will deliver packages if they are too heavy but they never do.. and they won't inform anyone they can't come, so literally you can be waiting all day and they won't deliver them. No one cares about anything!
