Absolutely gorgeous location! A friend recently moved in and hosted us for dinner. The location was secure, requiring us to have permission to access his tower. The facility was clean and well kept. The views were absolutely stunning!
The building is very beautiful because of the gentleman at the reception on the sixth floor. The older White gentleman is very repellent, speaks too rudely, and treats people badly. He has no education to work in Customer Service.

Rise Brickell City Centre is a beautiful building with a friendly and helpful staff who speak English and Spanish. The building is well-maintained, with constant renovations and improvements. The location is good, but the pool area may not be to everyone's liking. The building offers free valet parking for visitors, though it can be expensive otherwise.
