Ummm... GMaps says they're open....Walked ALL the way from South Brickell...and CLOSED!... On a nice, dry Miami evening at 9pm?... I guess they're making too much$$$$$ to actually open and serve customers....Too bad!...I already have a table at M9xies for a cold one!

Thoroughly disappointed in the establishment’s staffing to check id’s, to the point where I can’t even comment on the inside because I didn’t make it past the incredibly rude, power tripping woman in the front who was identified as a bar manager. I presented both my drivers license and military id, but she still gave me a very hard time, essentially harassing me about details on my ID. I kid you not, she expected me to know the drivers license number and was visibly irate when I did not. I was not drunk and I would never be disrespectful (working in that industry is hard as heck), to be treated in that manner is hurtful and embarrassing. She then ambiguously said that another girl from my group “made a face” and the rest of us could go in except her - which is so bizarre. I understand completely the importance of not serving minors, but this behavior is uncalled for.

I had been to Riverside before the panorama and loved it, and I just went again for the first time since the pandemonium, and it was just as awesome if not more so. There's more food options, great music, and now hookahs! I'll definitely be coming back!

TLDR: Terrible service. Just go to the Wharf... don’t come here.While I was meeting up my friends in line, a lady that works at Riverside would not let me in the line with my group, even after others in line told her it was fine to go ahead. After that, she told two of my friends who were already in line to get out of the line too because she thought they had snapped the line barrier. She didn’t give anyone a chance to explain it had snapped on its own. She assumed we had done it to skip everyone. I went to the back of the line, no big deal. The line was moving quickly anyway, but she did not allow one of my friends to get into the bar because she thought she removed the barrier. The hostess at the front apologized for this lady’s behavior. The line was moving quickly so I didn’t make a big deal about it. I didn’t get her name, but she was outrageously rude, yelling at us, and prideful. To make matters worse, I only entered Riverside to let my friends know I was going to look for the friend who wasn’t allowed in. Respectfully as possible, I asked an employee if I could just stand at the exit to see if I could spot my friend. Thankfully, I was allowed but then one bouncer in particular for some reason seemed upset and told me to leave. I don’t know why. I was as nice as possible, knowing we were already on the wrong foot, and had permission to look for her from the exit. Again, I didn’t make a big deal and just left. As I was leaving, I overheard him say “don’t let her back in”. That made me feel terrible. He made me feel like I had committed some type of heinous act. I didn’t spend much time there, but don’t go to the Riverside just go to the Wharf. At the Wharf, the food is better, the view is nicer, and so are the people who work there.UPDATE: While reading other people’s reviews, I’m not the only one who has experienced appalling service. Seems like a trend.UPDATE TO THE UPDATE:THEY DON’T REALLY CARE...As you can see they did not leave any contact information whatsoever to be able to contact them.Beyond that, I’ve tried calling and emailing and no one has responded. Which makes me question, are they just pretending to care? Are they just copying and pasting “Hi (insert name here), we’re disappointed to read your review, we’d like to better understand your experience. Please feel free to contact us. Thank you.” on reviews so it LOOKS good but not doing anything further.2 words:Do Better

Normally I wait at least 3 times going to a place before doing a review - and this place is consistently amazing. It’s great for basically anything… been there for just chilling by the water, having drinks and dancing all night, eating sushi with an elegant view…. You can even try the outdoor cycling classes that seem really intense and good! I love the diversity of people when some are so elegant and others just chill. Will definitely go back more and more!

Cute little area right by water and vibe is very chill. You won't hear loud music unless you go into their indoor venue and that's where it's more of a "party atmosphere". Outside has several food options and is very quiet and not too crowded. Parking is tricky to find but highly reccomend parking by the brickell city centre or by the north western trust building that is a $10 flat rate on weekend nights after 6 pm and only a 5 min walk and area is not sketchy. FREE admission and 21+

On the water you can see the great view and it’s not too loud so you still enjoy conversation with others.Love the completely different spots and options to choose from. Plus the service was great at AWA. The food was delish and loved and enjoyed every minute.

Great outdoor/indoor place to spend some time with people. They have several eating spots/stands and several areas to drink at, from an indoor bar area to an outdoor brewery area, highly recommend paying this place a visit.
