They closed 30 minutes before advertised and so I didn’t end up eating here.
The ramen definitely lives up to the hype. I was worried this food hall location would suffer in quality but it was great.

Very “fast food”. The ramen is not cooked so that it tastes how rich the broth is, I think it could improve. The cool guys. ?

I love shimuja ramen but this location was a miss. There was no flavor it in the broth. I asked for spice on the side and it wasn't enough. Service was fast.

Over priced and tiny portions. The pork is the saddest tiny dry little slices I’ve ever seen (see picture). Because they were so tiny they were pretty dry since they’re usually torched after. Only reason why it’s 2 star and not 1 is the soup was good (not mind blowing). I would be very embarrassed if I was the owner.

Worst Ramen noodles I’ve tasted stale and hard not fresh at all. It’s like they have it pre-packed. Also, they say they add cabbage, but it’s not cabbage is actually lettuce.

Plain and simple: It’s fantastic ramen. I have been to Japan and it’s difficult to reach the caliber of the Ramen there but Shimuja is the best ramen in Miami and I would recommend it to anyone. Affordable, quick, large portions, perfect broth with the right amount of spice. It’s great.
