its a small spot in the food court. there were only two people working, so we had to wait for a while. The broth for the tonkatsu ramen was good. I added the spicy miso paste which made the broth even thicker and slightly fishy taste. ramen was not thin noodle but it wad good. I would wanna try the original branch if I get a chance.

Not typical ramen but exactly to my like. The chasu was charred and not sweet and tender. The fried chicken is not the authentic version but a little bit hot and sweet. It's the perfect balance.

This was amazing shoyu ramen! Everything was perfect from the egg, the pork, the noodles, the broth. It was ready in just minutes. And it was a very healthy amount without being too much. It’s located in the food hall so plenty of places to sit down and enjoy!

I have been here a few times over the years and the quality of food is very consistent and very tasty. We ordered the classic Tonkatsu Ramen - I really like the broth because it’s rich, and a good balance of salt and sweet flavours, the pork is crispy, the egg is also soft boiled and altogether just makes the dish very, very tasty.

Very authentic Ramen. Excellent value.
The staff was very nice.

I ordered the lunch special pork belly ramen (under $10), and unfortunately, I ended up leaving with what felt like food poisoning. After eating, I had severe stomach discomfort. I also noticed the cookware looked heavily grease-burned and the noodle prep area didn’t appear very clean. They even charged extra for hot sauce and forgot my egg—which I had to point out, and the staff questioned me about it. LOL.

The best ramen I had, the seasoning is great, and staff is super friendly. Everytime I visit Miami is my place to go. Big enough for two people and the price is not that bad for Miami.

Customer service absolutely sucks here. You would think a place that’s empty would accommodate the regulars but not this place. They have a 9.50 lunch special for a pork Ramen. I typically order this without the meat but still pay full price because it’s not a problem. I asked the gentlemen who ie always there if I can possibly have more scallions or veggies because I do t get it with meat and still pay full price. He says NO! I asked if I can pack to go HE SAYS NO. The special is to dine in (this is written no where in Julia Henry ) I advised him I see exactly why this place is always empty. They have horrrible customer service and don’t realize the location is there to cater to the offices. No one will go if they are not flexible , I know because my coworker warned me. So now I will pay $20 for a ramen somewhwre else in area because I know I will be spending my money with a respectful business who caters to customers spending their hard earned money.

This spot is a must visit if you're looking for authentic ramen. The broth is incredible with rich and deep flavors that makes it balanced. Pork was tender and full of flavor. It works so well with the broth and as the noodles sit in the broth, it just abosrbs the broth like a sponge, each bite being more and more flavorful.

The staff was extremely friendly and nice, although they had a long line, they were efficient and didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes for it to come out!

It's located on the first floor of a multi-floor food court, but it's some of the best ramen you can find in downtown. Try the Tokyo Shuyo, made with imported Japanese sesame oil. Delicious!
