Puffles is located in the back of the building when you first walk in. I was definitely surprised at all the resturants there, kinda felt like a food court at the mall but better. I tried the birthday cake ice cream in a waffle cone, with mochi, peanut butter cups and pocky. I wasn't sure what I wanted at first, but the staff was amazingly patient with me and gave me great recommendations. Highly recommend giving this place a chance.

Upon exploring certain areas of the Henry and Julia food hall you couldn't resist the awesome smell of the Puffles stand. What make this stand so unique from other ice cream and waffles stands is these are the famous bubble waffles that started in Hong Kong. The bubbles give the waffles a soft chewy texture. Seemed like an interesting place for dessert. I didn't have high expectations but it was AMAZING! Loved the NY style cheesecake with strawberry, waffle is so yummy. Peanut butter cups would be better crumbled up, they were a bit oily in texture. Highly recommended.
