Puffles is located in the back of the building when you first walk in. I was definitely surprised at all the resturants there, kinda felt like a food court at the mall but better. I tried the birthday cake ice cream in a waffle cone, with mochi, peanut butter cups and pocky. I wasn't sure what I wanted at first, but the staff was amazingly patient with me and gave me great recommendations. Highly recommend giving this place a chance.

Upon exploring certain areas of the Henry and Julia food hall you couldn't resist the awesome smell of the Puffles stand. What make this stand so unique from other ice cream and waffles stands is these are the famous bubble waffles that started in Hong Kong. The bubbles give the waffles a soft chewy texture. I got the chocolate version which included a ball of chocolate ice cream topped with Oreos crumbles and fudge. It was amazing, the contrast of the cold smooth ice cream and with the warm bubble waffles hit my tastebuds out of the ballpark.

Seemed like an interesting place for dessert. I didn't have high expectations but it was AMAZING! Loved the NY style cheesecake with strawberry, waffle is so yummy. Peanut butter cups would be better crumbled up, they were a bit oily in texture. Highly recommended.

Stopped by while in Miami on a trip and can’t wait to go back! Absolutely loved the waffle sundae, highly recommend M&Ms in your waffle and the NY cheesecake ice cream. Also got the taro milk tea with boba and it was delicious!

Stopped by puffles while visiting family in Miami for Christmas and was not disappointed. I got the grinchmas which was loaded with toppings and satisfied my holiday cravings! Everybody who works here is also so helpful and friendly too. Highly recommend!

The service was awesome. I had a college swim and dive team (about 35) getting ice cream and they really busted it out and did not skimp on portion or toppings! In all, they got through serving the entire group quite timely and all of the orders were accurate!

First time coming here and they did not disappoint! Unfortunately they just swapped the menu out a few days so I was unable to try the red velvet waffle but staff recommended the chocolate waffle and it was very good with nutella and powdered sugar!First time trying bubble drinks and was recommended the purple milk tea with the regular bubbles. It was very milky and creamy, will definitely try more.Dietary restrictions: I had a peanut allergy and was assured there was a protocol in place for allergies. Glad to see them making it a standard!

A cute spot near Hollywood Beach. Friendly staff and delicious ice cream treats and a great selection of bubble tea! I came bc of an Instagram post and luckily it didn't just looked good, but tasted great.

We were the last customers waiting for waffles, and after patiently standing in line for nearly 10 minutes, the staff informed us that they couldn't serve us anymore. We're visiting from California, and we found this experience quite disappointing. It seemed rather impolite, especially since there were still around 10 minutes left until closing. We wouldn't recommend this place.
