Food was mediocre. Waiters and waitresses don't come to the tables unless they are requested by the customer. They don't even take the orders. They have you do everything through your phone .
We stopped here while waiting for our flight home. I wish we'd kept walking to find something else. The salads were decent but not $70 for two salads and two drinks decent. They do, however, provide outlets at the tables along the walls. So that was helpful.
While traveling from the Caribbean back to Connecticut we had a layover in Miami and we went to Shulas expecting to have a good meal. We chose the steak sandwiches and were very disappointed. There was mostly fat and little actual steak in what we were served. The reason for the somewhat positive review is that the manager, Grethel Suarez, and the waitress, Yulia, I believe, were extremely supportive and worked to make things right.
