Smash Bros Burgers and Shakes

The burgers are good. Restaurant is basic service is average. No complaints there. The price of the fries for the amount they gave me is ridiculous.

I walked in i was having a nice meal and then i saw a man buy food for a homeless person and it was just a burger water and a soda and the guy said to give the homeless man the food cause he was very hungry so afterwards the workers did there jobs and it was well but then the manager Indira was a very cold hearted person. So cold hearted that she had the audacity that even though he had food from there (Smash Bros) she had kicked him out just because he’s homeless and then i witnessed how the manager Indira was arguing with the workers and threatening them with warnings for defending the homeless man. Overall the restaurant is nice i’d even say amazing but it looks like the manager Indira doesn’t have the passion or the love to work in such a hospitable place. Let’s all keep in mind that restaurants are jobs of hospitality and she shows no hospitality or love for her clients homeless or not. It’s a fast food restaurant it’s not a michelin restaurant. Even if it was they’d show more hospitality to the homeless for this i know for i’ve witnessed it.

I had a really good experience thanks to Franco and Justin. Franco was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was done quickly without making me feel rushed. Justin was also very helpful, had a great attitude, and answered my questions with patience. Both of them worked well together and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
It’s nice to see employees who actually care about customer service. They deserve recognition for the great job they do. I would definitely come back because of the excellent service from Franco and Justin.
