After receiving my absolutely abysmal order, I had to go on Google to see if others had a similar experience, and surprise, I wasn’t the only one. I ordered a smoothie, took my first sip as I pulled away, to find out it was the consistency of water. They also were out of several standard SK items I wanted to order. I’d highly suggest avoiding this location based on many similar reviews. To the owner, this location needs to get it together and be a better representation of the brand.

I’ve placed three online orders for a bowl at this Smoothie King location, and every time I go to pick it up, I get told the same thing: “We don’t have bowls at the moment” or “The machine is down right now.” It’s really frustrating because the bowls are still listed as available for order online, but when you arrive, they never have them. At this point, it feels like either the staff doesn’t know how to make them or the location simply doesn’t make bowls at all. Very disappointing and misleading for customers who are paying ahead of time expecting the items they ordered.

I wish I could give zero stars for service. To say these people are slow is. Massive understatement. And like other reviews have said it’s a total hit or miss on flavor. Most of the time the smoothies are watery with chunks of ice in them and barely any flavor. When they’re right they’re great. I have never been here wand waited any less than 15 minutes in line. Today I’m still in line with one car ahead of me and it’s been 20 minutes. LITERALLY! There’s no way to exit so once you’re in you’re stuck.

I attend this smoothie king every Saturday around 9 am and there’s always a lovely young man that helps me, he’s what you would call tall with short hair and a brown tone. BEST worker that services me and he also always interact with me helping me choose the perfect smoothie!!!!

I don't really understand all the bad reviews. Yes, it's a little uncomfortable to get in and out of this place due to its location, but the smoothies are really good. My 3 experiences here. Staff has been friendly and my smoothies have been fulfilling.
We got there ordered a smoothie and she had the spoon in her mouth being exstremely rude and the spoon she was going to give us she had in her mouth never coming again I’m never going here again she was working today with and she is a dark-skinned woman
Arrived before 8:00 PM and they did want to take my order. The guy said that they prepare everything at 7:45 pm to close. Really?

First timer here that will never return. Purchased a pineapple spinach smoothie with protein and it tasted awful. It has that freezer burn taste and it was creamy. I never expected a fruit blend to taste this way. No hint of pineapple or passion fruit as it said. Yuck! ?
