I attend this smoothie king every Saturday around 9 am and there’s always a lovely young man that helps me, he’s what you would call tall with short hair and a brown tone. BEST worker that services me and he also always interact with me helping me choose the perfect smoothie!!!!

I don't really understand all the bad reviews. Yes, it's a little uncomfortable to get in and out of this place due to its location, but the smoothies are really good. My 3 experiences here. Staff has been friendly and my smoothies have been fulfilling.
We got there ordered a smoothie and she had the spoon in her mouth being exstremely rude and the spoon she was going to give us she had in her mouth never coming again I’m never going here again she was working today with and she is a dark-skinned woman

First timer here that will never return. Purchased a pineapple spinach smoothie with protein and it tasted awful. It has that freezer burn taste and it was creamy. I never expected a fruit blend to taste this way. No hint of pineapple or passion fruit as it said. Yuck! ?

The best customer service I have ever received from any smoothie king corporation. I was highly satisfied with the fact that it’s a drive through and they made my order fast and efficient. The 2 girls responsible had an upbeat customer service and made me feel comfortable with a my big and complicated order. this is the best smoothie king because of its drive through. Honestly, i don’t know why people complain about the wait or anything because if you see how small the space for cars is then you can be reasonable about the wait time. My smoothies always come out awesome and delicious. if you go during lunch expect long lines, it’s as expected anywhere in Miami. i highly recommend this place
