A spectacular condominium in the heart of Miami, top services and a very nice place. I would definitely live at The Wind condominium.
Secure place, clean and tidy
the only thing i don't like is that the sometimes the valet parking won't register my car and makes me pay cash.
Wind is such a great building! Excellent security, amazing views, and great amenities. As a realtor, I have to deal with management offices a lot and Wind's is so easy to work with and helpful.
I lived here pre and post lobby renovations and the building did an amazing job with limiting resident amenities and continuing to make it accessible. I love this building, the staff, and everything it has to offer.

It’s no fun getting in and out of this place.
Came visit a friend but the valet situation was very weird… they never gave me a ticket nor a text. There was only one attendant for many cars so it took a long time to wait for them to take and bring the car. The only payment methods were cash, or to Zelle one of the attendants "Douglas Marquez" so I am not sure if the payment went to the valet company or the attendant's pocket.I’ve never seen anything like this. Felt unprofessional.
READ! Do not rent unit 1907 - the landlord and realtor will snake you out of your deposit. Even when leaving the apartment in perfect conditions. They will give you a spoof invoice from a handyman just to take you as much as they can from you.
I highly recommend the building, there are plenty of vacant units. Make sure not to rent from 1907.
