Did the 3 day detox, and I was having some gut issues that I’m still combating but for these past three days I haven’t felt pain and I felt better mentally and physically. Definitely was a challenge but Raul always checked in and sent motivating text messages to keep one strong and going. Also I ordered from California and they shipped from Miami, when I got my package there very well shipped with dry ice and it was shipped still icey and cold and some even frozen! Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to do the detox.

I just finished the 3-day Spartan Detox and WOW. I started at 186 lbs and ended at 178 — 8 pounds down in just 3 days! I honestly thought I’d feel super hungry the whole time, but I didn’t. The juices kept me full enough, and I actually felt amazing throughout the cleanse. My mind feels clearer, I feel sharper, and just overall lighter and more energized.
Also, shoutout to their amazing customer service. I ordered on a Monday morning and had my juices by Tuesday afternoon. I even texted the owner with a couple of questions and he responded within 3 minutes. Who does that anymore?! That alone made me feel really confident in the company and the whole process.
