KUFFO never disappoints with amazing food and top-notch service. The bento boxes are insanely yummy with options for vegetarians and vegans. The tuna, pad Thai, Mongolian beef, and Lomo saltado are delicious, with tender beef and great taste. The shrimp tempura roll and spicy scallop maki are amazing, especially with the little scallops. The atmosphere is laid back, more of a tabletop than sit-down restaurant, but it's a place you can come to eat, drink, and hang out or order to-go. The staff is incredibly friendly, including Chef Fernando and the owner, who cares about his customers. Prices are good, and the edamame is large and plentiful. Highly recommended for a great dining experience.
