This is a review about the bar inside the food hall. We placed our order on the app as suggested on the qr codes from the tables, and after 20 minutes no one came with our drinks (the app stated they would be brought to our table). It wasn’t particularly busy, I could see the bar from my table and it was empty. I walked there and asked the bar tender for our drinks, she said “oops” and went to get the tablet (hadn’t even realised we had placed an order as she was on her phone). She said one of the drinks was not available due to a lack of ingredients, and when I described another drink I had seen in the menu as a replacement, she just shrugged and looked at me blankly. Cancelled my order then and there. Abysmal service.

The food touches the soul — fresh, full of flavor, and served with heart. Even better, the price feels like a kind gesture.

Starting to have a lot of closed down restaurants and the cleanliness is suffering.

Hands down the best spot in the Design District!
The bartenders here are unmatched. Derek and Bruce are always friendly and on point. Special shoutout to Ally - she's truly a gem. Her energy, humor and genuine care make every visit memorable. She consistently goes above and beyond, and we absolutely adore her! We love it here

refined culinary and aesthetic experience in the heart of Miami’s Design District.
MIA Market is not just a food hall—it’s a curated intersection of art, flavor, and urban elegance. Set within the sleek architecture of the Design District, this venue manages to blend high-end sophistication with culinary accessibility. Each vendor feels handpicked, offering distinct and ambitious menus, from handmade pasta to sushi with a modern twist and exquisite Latin-fusion dishes.
The ambiance is cosmopolitan without being sterile: polished concrete, warm lighting, and design-forward details that reflect Miami’s creative pulse. What truly sets MIA apart is the consistency—both in service and quality. Staff are knowledgeable and welcoming, striking a balance between professionalism and Miami cool.
Standouts include the truffle tagliatelle (rich yet delicate), the tuna tostadas (bright, fresh, textural), and an inventive cocktail program that would rival any standalone bar. Seating can be competitive during peak hours, but if you find a corner, the vibe is unhurried and convivial.
Ideal for both solo foodies and stylish groups, MIA Market elevates the food hall experience into something truly memorable and editorial-worthy. A must-visit for anyone who believes dining is as much about space and spirit as it is about the plate.

Stood in front of the registry at AU LAIT for a solid 10 mins. I thought I was invisible since no one even asked me if I wanted to order anything. Very rude staff

I had to call and speak with Barre, the owner of Mia Market. Because the manager Jonathon Mendez bartender was very rude yesterday. He had a bad attitude, and when I asked him questions, he was very condescending towards me. I let the manger of the bar know that I could purchase the whole bottle at Total Wine & More of Moet Imperial Brut for $45 and thought that a glass for $43 was very expensive he yelled and said I was wrong. Needless to say, it's an overpriced establishment. Derrick, the other bartender, made up for it. He gave me a glass of Rose Prosecco on the house, and another patron also bought me a shot of tequila.

Most of the restaurants in the food hall are closed. We reached an hour before closing on a Friday night and only 3 restaurants were open. The vibe was very low. Not what you expect for that area.

I thought it was a food hall or fast food type. The dishes do not go below USD 20 and I think it is better to go to a restaurant and have them serve you, since they are going to charge you the same.
Kid-friendliness: It is not suitable for children. The chairs are high and there are no dishes or children's menu.
