the workers were busy talking instead of working . my cappuccino that was ordered was more milk like latte :(

Today I was visiting the mall, I was with my 7 year old son, I have been a Starbucks customer for more than 10 years, and today was my worst experience, I was with my 7 year old son and I went to ask for some water for my son and an employee named Victor said that there was a new company policy that I had to consume something in order for him to give me water, even though I showed him the application since I am a long time customer, he denied me water, that service to a customer is not good, Victor behaved like a very mediocre employee.

Thanks to the girl at the register who offered us the new Strawberry Matcha Frappuccino — delicious! Her friendly service and this tasty new flavor made our visit even more enjoyable.

Let the employees know if they're going to talk crap about a customer, make sure that customer or their family member isn't in there still. Coffee was good. Y'all were bitter

Always a great stop to get a coffee or a refresher! Clean and comfortable atmosphere. Lots of tables to study; outdoor space with umbrellas.

It's a shame that I had to give this store a 2 star, I was close to giving it a negative if I could. It's because the shift manager, he had a poor attitude, it actually felt like an angry and aggressive one. The surprising thing was that I actually wanted to compliment the young lady who kindly gave me her name, Mauree. She was just above friendly and exceptional; however, because of the shift manager's rudeness, it ruined the whole experience. I asked to speak to the manager to give a compliment since I couldn't do so on Google reviews, and he gave me the nastiest attitude and responses, when I asked if there was an email or phone # to contact management, he basically shrugged his shoulders and asked me what's the problem? with a nasty attitude, then proceeded to tell me no one could give me that information, I would need to contact corporate. That's fine man, I understand that if I need to submitt a complaint or give a compliment, I need to go find the # and contact whoever at Corporate. Okay. But be nicer man. Be friendlier, why are you angry? bossy? Like I owed the store money, mind you, I purchased something there which makes me a consuming customer. All I wanted to do is give Mauree (who is the prime example of what you should be) a compliment for her friendly and exceptional service. She should be the manager, not you. I'm not putting your name here since believe or not, I'm decent not to. Do better man, please. You don't know what people are going through, we go to Starbucks to relax and enjoy their products. Which isn't cheap by the way. You ruined Mauree's compliment. You probably don't ever care.

LILY IS HORRIBLE, a lady tried to skip me in line so she told us to figure it out on the side . She also told another employee and whispered in their ear. She had a bad attitude and called me names because i told her what happened .Nobody seemed to care but lily you can tell she likes drama . They made the other lady drink first instead of mines . Lily shouldnt work there. Starbucks i know are nice people shes not
