Stopped by Starbucks and ordered an iced white mocha with vanilla cold foam and caramel drizzle along the sides; so good. The drink was smooth, sweet, and perfectly balanced, and the cold foam made it even better. Exactly the kind of drink you want when you need a little pick me up.
The store was clean and had a nice, relaxed vibe, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Overall a really solid Starbucks experience, and I’d definitely order the same drink again!

This little stand in front of Banana Republic store has twice given me the wrong order. I was there yesterday around 5 p.m. and the woman serves me the wrong drink. I know its hard to hear inside Dolphin mall but its getting a bit ridiculous.

I just ordered the bacon egg whites, and twice I received the wrong item. First I was given tomato egg whites, and the second time I received sausage egg whites. I still haven’t received the bacon egg whites I originally ordered.

Got to my drink at 6:45. But i felt like to i was interupting the girl making drinks when i made a few requests, because she was busy talking to a customer/friend. She kept telling me how everytjing i was asking for could simply be told to the cashier. Kinda rude when half of her attention was focused on her buddy buddy near the counter.
The cashiers was very rude and when I ask for whip cream the want me to pay extra

Horrible customer service I received today it was like 4 customers in front of me so I place the order online more the 14 minutes waiting I ask them and the lady was oh yea you are next , after 4 more minutes and the rest of the customers that was in front of me pass and the others behind me . Just horrible service.
