I often visit this Starbucks and am usually satisfied with the service, which is why today’s experience was disappointing. The coffee was very hot, so I politely asked for a paper sleeve. The employee told me I needed to wait, and the tone felt quite unfriendly. It would be more convenient to place sleeves on hot drinks right away or keep them easily accessible for customers. Friendly communication also makes a big difference. I hope this will be taken into consideration.

Very disappointing and heartbreaking experience.
This was my first time ever visiting Starbucks, and unfortunately it left a very bad impression. I was there with my 8-year-old daughter, and we simply asked for a cup of water.
The request was personally denied by the manager, Joaquín, who stated that he could not give a cup of water to my child because I was not purchasing a drink at that moment. Refusing water to an 8-year-old child over a purchase requirement is not about policy — it is about basic human values, empathy, and compassion.
Water is a basic necessity. Denying it to a child reflects a lack of humanity and kindness, especially in a place that presents itself as welcoming and community-oriented. Rules should never come before doing the right thing, particularly when it involves a child.
This experience was extremely frustrating and deeply disappointing. I sincerely hope Starbucks reviews how situations like this are handled in the future.

I only went to charge my phone and use the bathroom but got a drink that was awful but didn’t care. Then before I leave at 8:05 they said the bathrooms were closed when they close at 9pm.

I have been going to this Starbucks since my freshman year of high school. Ever since, I’ve been able to relax after swim practice or a hard day. I always wait there for the time to go home or to go to work. However, specifically, there is this one young lady who works there who has been so kind to me over the years. She has this luscious brown hair that’s often in braids with the green Starbucks hat over it. Her welcoming warmth is something I look forward to whenever I walk in. She always waves at me with the brightest smile, welcoming words. Whenever I come in with an outfit or new hair or even simply in my worst physical appearance, she presents herself with grace and patience. I will admit, when I don’t see her working that day, I frown a bit. But the food is also scrumptious. Many of the staff members know me considering I’m a regular, as well as know my order by heart. This place is my favorite place to rest and be myself. I thank all of you and look forward to seeing you guys again!
Whoever is doing the hiring at this location so go to all the other Starbucks and work their magic. I never write reviews but this location is consistently good vibes and great service.

I had a profoundly disappointing experience at this Starbucks due to an employee’s shockingly rude and disgusting behavior, particularly aimed at white male customers. Her attitude went beyond simple rudeness; it was targeted and openly hostile, making the environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming. This level of disrespect is completely unacceptable, especially from a brand like Starbucks that promotes inclusivity and courtesy. I hope management addresses this employee’s behavior promptly to restore the respectful atmosphere that customers deserve.
