I had a profoundly disappointing experience at this Starbucks due to an employee’s shockingly rude and disgusting behavior, particularly aimed at white male customers. Her attitude went beyond simple rudeness; it was targeted and openly hostile, making the environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming. This level of disrespect is completely unacceptable, especially from a brand like Starbucks that promotes inclusivity and courtesy. I hope management addresses this employee’s behavior promptly to restore the respectful atmosphere that customers deserve.

Worst starbucks I’ve been to. Gave me used and/or dirty lid and boiling hot water when specifically asked to make warm.
Ordered a latte asked to make it not too hotand got it with boiling hot milkAnd also with a dirty lead seems like they dropped leads on the floor or something and put that on coffee

The lady who works there who handled pick up for the delivery drivers and customers were so rude with demanding voice asking to confirm the order that the order was received as a driver. No please no nothing. Just. straight up bad attitude.Of course, she gave the wrong order. I shown her the name of the customer twice and presumably thats enough to get the order right somehow she managed to gave the wrong order because the customer complained that the order was wrong .She should spend more time on her attitude and get the order right. Little did she knows I am also a Starbucks customer. she needs to realized the delivery drivers are not only a driver but also Starbucks customers at their off times. She made my trip to this Starbucks location a huge letdown compared to all the other Starbucks locations.

The ladies team here on Sunday 11/5/23 Coconut Grove at around 9:30am deserve a hug and a big Bonus!These ladies (Supv Johanna & Team) are dealing with an avalanche of orders coming from all sides in such a professional way… For the wait we had to undergo we would be sending in a complaint, but after seeing this team in action for quite a few minutes we have to conclude they are Retail Heroes…However, they do deserve more support from you as Manager.With all the pressure, these ladies delivered exactly as ordered and were still in a good friendly attitude. Wow!Thanks to them!Cheers to this Team!
