The North
The lady who works there who handled pick up for the delivery drivers and customers were so rude with demanding voice asking to confirm the order that the order was received as a driver. No please no nothing. Just. straight up bad attitude.Of course, she gave the wrong order. I shown her the name of the customer twice and presumably thats enough to get the order right somehow she managed to gave the wrong order because the customer complained that the order was wrong .She should spend more time on her attitude and get the order right. Little did she knows I am also a Starbucks customer. she needs to realized the delivery drivers are not only a driver but also Starbucks customers at their off times. She made my trip to this Starbucks location a huge letdown compared to all the other Starbucks locations.

The ladies team here on Sunday 11/5/23 Coconut Grove at around 9:30am deserve a hug and a big Bonus!These ladies (Supv Johanna & Team) are dealing with an avalanche of orders coming from all sides in such a professional way… For the wait we had to undergo we would be sending in a complaint, but after seeing this team in action for quite a few minutes we have to conclude they are Retail Heroes…However, they do deserve more support from you as Manager.With all the pressure, these ladies delivered exactly as ordered and were still in a good friendly attitude. Wow!Thanks to them!Cheers to this Team!

I'm sorry this is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The drinks were horrible. When you go to Starbucks anywhere in the world you'd expect the drinks to be similar to your normal spot you go to. Nope.

I really like this Starbucks. It’s located in one of the main corners of Coconut Grove. The place is really cozy with big windows next to the table. Is really nice to have a coffee and sit next to window to watch people walking around the neighborhood or just to sit there a get some work or study done. Enjoy!

Why 3 stars average?! This place is great. Amidst a sleepy affluent neighborhood. If you need a quiet place to work read etc this is your spot! Ordered ahead via the mobile app and all went great! Service was good, fast and drama free. Only issue is parking!
Service is slow and chaotic. Took over 20 mins just to get a breakfast bagel then it turned out it had been sitting on the counter all along getting cold. The staff are slammed and doing their best but whoever owns this franchise needs to step up and get them a system that works.

Typical starbucks! Great place to get a drink and snack. They have a great cup selection too. Only thing is sitting indoors or outdoors is very limited in space, busy, and a bit messy. Definitely not a spot you can just do work on your laptop or study at, moreso to grab a quick bite and go!
