Awful attitude by the lady working the register this morning at Dadeland Mall Starbucks outside of Macy's. Asked for a mango black tea lemonade. They were out. Ok. No problem. As I took the additional 10 seconds to come up with a new order, the attitude of the employee soared into fire breathing dragon status. Unacceptable. The day just started. No reason to be rude. Def won't come back here, which is sad because I adore Starbucks for their focus on employees and focus on #kindness...read full review
