Wow. Quite honestly the worst Starbucks ever. Very convenient location, but I think they got every other person’s order wrong. Seriously. And they were in no hurry. Took 30 minutes for the coffee and we were on the 2nd person in line.

Barista never acknowledged us and didn’t even look at me when I ordered. She was talking to her co workers the entire time. Waited almost a half an hour for my drink and then it was hot instead of iced. I told them I ordered iced and the lady asked if I wanted a cup of ice for my hot cup of coffee. SMH. 🤦🏼♀️ They remade it. In the half hour I was waiting for my drink, I watched every single mobile order have an issue (missing items or wrong drinks). Not sure if this was because of someone new or just bad employees. I would avoid this location.
Terrible staff, not a single drop of politeness. Asked to pay debit, only credit option showed and a rude “that’s your card, you should know how to use it” was told. Be better folks.
