Movie starts at 8:30, service ends at 9pm.
Laziest 20% asking servers I've ever seen.
Whats the point of paying a premium for the movie, food and 20% tip then have to order outside after 1hr. Rather go to normal theater where the concession stand is right outside not downstairs and 5 min walk. Over pay under deliver. Bad place, bad service, feels like Govt run.

Went for a lunch with 5 people. Waiter was so polite and helpful. We loved the screens to watch some sports and enjoyed excellent food. Praise to the lady cook already serving customers for 12 years in this Sports Bar. Prices ok compared to the high quality you get. We loved the food! Salads with steak or chicken and chicken wings and the Brussels sprout starter were great!

Disappointing Experience – Rude Management

I would not recommend this place based on the way management treats customers. From the moment we walked in, we specifically asked to pay separately, they agreed—only to later refuse and threaten to call the cops when we insisted. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary.

On top of that, despite arriving early, we were given a terrible spot with the TV behind us while others who came later got better seats. They claim to have a “no reservations” policy, yet somehow their friends get special treatment. The hypocrisy is unreal.

The manager was rude, arrogant, and completely dismissive. It’s a shame because Valeria, our server, was excellent and really tried to make the best of the situation. Unfortunately, her great service was overshadowed by the unprofessional and hostile behavior of management.

Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

Required a $40 spend per person to enjoy the "sports" bar atmosphere. No exceptions for minors. We declined to stay, went next door and spent our $120 + $40 tip. By the looks of it the food next door was 10x better. Walked out afterwards and this sports bar was EMPTY for a Playoff Football game 😂 clearly your mandatory spend isn't working.

The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, lacked basic customer service skills. Their “policies” are greedy and unfair, they just want to take advantage of you. There was a leak above our seats and no one did anything. Some in our party had to stand the whole time. Will NOT be back

The food is ok at most but the service is probably the worst I have had in Miami. Very rude, unfriendly waitresses, the food also takes forever to arrive. Choose better, do not go there

Worst experience watching a match here. The service is horrible and then they will charge you minimum consumption even if they cannot fulfill the orders due to capacity. Manager is rude too! Never again..
