Do not waste your time going to this subway. For one, The manager does not know how to manage her job. Second, the food is veggies are old. The cucumbers were old. Not to mention is the first subways that doesn't have black olives and no refills. They barely put veggies on your sub.. You have to ask like 3 times to put the amount that is required. I will NEVER EVER GO BACK.
They need to hire people who can actually read and comprehend the orders. I swear the clowns at this subway just toss random ingredients onto the bread and hope it's right.

It’s so nice go get back to my fav place when I was a teen after so many years and see a place so incredible clean and the food so fresh. The two ladies here were super nice. I will be coming back for sure with my now teen kids.

This place is deserted, the bathrooms are under renovation, (plaster all around), and you need a key to access, just like at a gas station !
Food and service was acceptable but the atmosphere inside the restaurant was just non existent. Just another dead zone :(

The service at this Subway was disappointing. I asked for the Doritos nachos, and the employee (Arien) immediately said they were out, but then gave her coworker a look, and the coworker said, “Oh, those are being taken off the menu.” So which one is it? Felt like they just didn’t want to make them.
Then I asked for my Uber Eats pickup, and suddenly she offered the nachos, but now missing an ingredient she didn’t even name. She seemed irritated when I walked toward the cashier area, apparently thinking I left her talking alone. I honestly didn’t even know she was still talking to me.
The interaction came off as dismissive and unprofessional. Not a great customer experience.

Today Woman Day, I made a purchase of more than $30 and had a glass of ice to drink the sodas that we bought bottled and the one that attended I insult myself for the glass of ice
Is the second time ordering from this location on Uber Eats, the first time I let it go. This time I ordered two turkey foot-long’s with cheese and all the toppings. All I got was turkey no cheese and barely any toppings. Not even the salt pepper oil vinegar sub crunch Parm cheese. Nothing none of it no excuse.

Ordered through uber eats and it’s the smallest foot long I’ve ever seen from a subway. We ordered 2 titan turkey subs which was supposed to have 33% more Turkey and these had 4 total slices of turkey each!! Sub looked flat!! It was more bread than anything else!! Terrible!!!

Ante was going to eat at the other one on 42nd Av and 3rd Street NW....but something was always missing...there was never soup....now I'm going to 8th Street and 30th Av and there is everything and very good service

Completely unpleasant! I ordered a tuna sandwich and it arrived without tuna! And some of the other ingredients I asked to be added were missing!
It seems disrespectful to me that one orders something and has to finish completing it at home with one's own ingredients...! And to top it all off, they don't want to refund my money when the claim is made...! That's totally a robbery...! There I leave the invoice with address, time and date so that those who want to risk and order from that place think twice before being scammed...! And for the supervisors to react and give good training to their staff, since the work they are doing leaves a lot to be desired...!

I never do reviews but I am SUPER upset cause I’m pregnant and was looking forward to a meatball sub. It came so dry, no sauce on it, like the meatballs were super dry, I ordered 2 footlongs and they are in the trash right now. Bread was stale and I think it wasn’t even the bread I ordered. I work in a sub shop and this would never have been made for a customer: so disappointed and hungry. What a waste of money.
