The door says 9AM, online days 10AM, the lady inside once I waited for 10 to arrive never bothered to look up at me nor the phone as I tried to get her attention. Finally get inside at 1015, no flatbread, no eggs. I've worked at a subway, is this one fake or something?? How can you have no flatbread when dippers and wraps are a huge part of the company and you're supposed to be a subway restaurant??

I honestly forgot why I stopped coming to this location but because this is close to my job I decided to stop and get a sandwich. Before I can tell the girl making my sandwich what I want the other one is telling me I can come pay like can you give me time to think what extra I might want to get? They rush you out which I understand trying to get customers in and out but the place was LITERALLY empty yall done ran everybody away on top of always not having inventory. Before you can even get a sentence out of your mouth they interrupt you. Please do better with the customer service skill and fix the attitude cause y’all doing a horrible job hiding it. Nasty food and bad customer service is terrible. I’m better off driving to north Miami Beach

After working here for maybe , just couple weeks The manger asks me Janelle is thus a issue with my hours l said yes , it's sad she ask me about putting me on schedule but no hours were given , enjoy my time there while work but of ask me horrible manager. Not customer service friendly at all.

Worst subway I ever went to the lady did not make my sandwiches right she did them absolutely wrong and I only have 1 hour for lunch break and I ordered online expect for it to be ready instead I come in and the sandwiches was never made I wasted 17 minutes just waiting for my sandwich

This was the best experience I have ever had at this location.Janelle and Kiara were not just helpful, but were the most friendly and delivered service with a smile!They are the best!Will definitely come back again. I will never eat here again they have rats its very infested flies flying around when they preparing the food bathroom and lobby is always dirty and the staff working isn't nice they have bad attitudes while preparing food for customers when they come bk from using the bathroom they don't wash their hands. I wouldn't recommend dining or ordering here at all. Always late opening their store it says 9am they get there after 10 am. Not professional workers young un professional people working at this astablisjment. Oh it's just terrible service. ?so dissatisfied!!!! They don't deserve no stars. I would rather shop at publix deli instead.

Ended up ordering DoorDash for their New “outlaw sandwich” end subway is only 10 minutes max from my house. Ended up receiving a cold, soggy piece of bread with a whole bunch of sour vegetables and cheese no meat. If I can give zero stars, I would please stay away from this place or at least don’t order online.

At 8:45 pm they told us that they were closing and we had to leave, we had not finished eating yet and another lady who had barely sat down also came out with her bread in her hand. Add that the chairs and tables were all stuck on top of each other. They treat you well, the quality of the food is good, but they throw you out of the place.
