Food is What combines mind, body and spirit. I should’ve took a picture of the food first but couldn’t stop eating when I started. Very beautiful food and the owner very lovely lady puts a lot of passion in the food she makes rarely can you go to a restaurant and the person who prepares the food shares with you the passion. IStronga is a hidden Miami gem! The owners are Vegan-Ital geniuses! There's no set menu, just freshly cooked and prepared food flowing from their hearts any particular day. Meals, desserts, juices and smoothies are phenomenal!! But wait There's more Vegan Mac-n-cheez!
