Jeff and Julie are absolutely amazing! Every time I visit this Subway, they greet me with warm smiles and make me feel so welcome. They always go above and beyond to create the best sandwiches, made exactly how I like them. On top of that, the restaurant is always spotless, which shows how much pride they take in their work. Jeff and Julie truly make this Subway a special place, and I’m grateful for their kindness and excellent service. Thank you both for everything you do!

I recently visited a Subway location in Miami, and I have to say, my experience was nothing short of extraordinary, all thanks to an outstanding employee by the name of Tichelle (spelled like Michelle she told me lol). As someone who frequently visits Subway, I’ve had my fair share of average service, but Tichelle’s level of attentiveness and professionalism truly set this visit apart.

From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm and genuine smile, making me feel as though I was more than just another customer. Her kindness was immediately apparent, and she took the time to engage in a friendly conversation while efficiently preparing my sandwich. It was clear that Tichelle wasn’t just going through the motions—she genuinely cared about delivering an exceptional experience.

What impressed me most was her attention to detail. She took extra care in customizing my order exactly the way I requested, ensuring that every ingredient was fresh and perfectly placed. She also made thoughtful suggestions based on my preferences, helping me craft a sandwich that was not only delicious but also perfectly balanced in flavor. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines such warmth with a strong work ethic, and Tichelle Michelle is the perfect example of this.

I went to the Subway located at 800 NE 199 St. Miami, FL at about 4:10pm and Loretta was asked to change her gloves after removing her glasses from her face to avoid cross contaminating my sandwich. Loretta appeared to be upset after I asked her to toast the bread a little longer and she stated she was not doing this and walked in the kitchen. Loretta refused me service and that was worse experience that I ever had at visiting a Subway. I believe that Loretta needs to go through Customer Service and Food Safety Training.
