I just came out right now from this subway. The blonde older woman was so rude and also the other lady with dark hair. The older blonde lady was mad at the costumer next to me because he didn’t understand Spanish completely and she misunderstood what number sub he wanted. And you can tell he had anxiety and didn’t want speak up about her mistake. She was harassing the poor kid all because he didn’t understand her and was too nervous to speak up. And when he spoke up about her mistake she got visibly angry. I told the lady in Spanish. Not all people speak Spanish. The lady in dark hair was talking bad about a customer she had the other night because of the same mistake. It was so uncomfortable

In this place my son and I were looking at the products that we wanted to eat and satisfy our desires. They prepared it very well. They treated us very well. We felt pleased because we ate the food right there and everything was fine. There was adequate tension and concern without any problems. We went to order footlong veggie delight but they did not have any bread so we had to order a pizza and a wrap. It was the worst pizza and wrap off my life. Because they did not even cut the pizza into pieces. Also the behavior of the lady was pretty rude. I want visit here

A total catastrophe, the place says it closes at 11 pm, I arrived at 10 and there was nothing... the bread, which is essential, had not been baked, not even the bathroom was available. The pathetic service, the people who serve there are super unpleasant and unhelpful, they don't even have a vocation for service to work in this place, they should look for another place to work, because I could say that it is the worst place where I have been served. I suggest you hire other staff if you don't want to lose all your customers, definitely how is it possible that there are people like this in this country with such poor pathetic customer service? Don't ever come to this place if you don't want to leave angry, hungry and disappointed in the human race. .

They don't accept Groupons. Why sell them then???? Always withbthat "franchise" excuse! I actually saw the cashier sneezing on the breads in the rack.

Today March 31 I walked in to purchase a sub and cookies. There was a strong smell of Paint or some type of oil base Aerosol fumes used inside this business. Which made the cookies, I bought taste and smell like the product used inside which I smelled when I walked in. After the first bite I threw away the cookies right away. Please be more careful when using Aerosol fumes indoors specially around food.

The service was fine, at least the people making the sandwiches were kind and patient. However the manager or owner, not sure what he is, is not. My dad and I went for lunch and we took a coupon to be able to get some discounts because why not. The coupon does not expire until the 26th of february and right now we are in January still. The lady checking us out checked it and it's a VALID coupon FROM SUBWAYS. She asked another lady to take a look and try it out and it was not going through. Then this lady spoke to the man that is the manager or owner and he was at a table sitting down like if he were a customer talking to two other people at the table that he seemed to know. WHICH IS FINE. SURE. but the lady had to call him twice and he didn't respond then she had to go up to him and he basically dismissed her saying no that it's not valid or that it's not accepted. like ? what ? he did not look at the coupon. he did not even get up to see what was happening. he did nothing. so of course we had to end up paying normal price but no reason was given as to why it was not working if it is indeed subway coupon and it's still valid. i do not understand but if u like collecting all your coupons for subways then no point in going to this one. ALSO not related to the rest of the review and i'm not sure if every subway is like this now but they took away the daily lunch specials like . crazy.

One star is being too nice. The balsero night shift people are assholes and rude. My husband was recently discharged from the hospital and wanted to eat something before we got home so he could take his medication. The staff did not even let him sit down and said that we were being annoying and that were getting on their nerves. Mind you, I had paid in advance because they were rushing us out. The sign says they're open until 11:00 pm, and we got there at 10:20 pm. Like come on I was not even being an a****** strolling in 10 minutes to closing time. If you don't like to deal with people or even have manners, then f*** off and work in a different field or sell drugs. I contacted corporate and they haven't done anything about it. I did however, get my money back from the credit card company after I told them what had happened. With a fair warning, stay away from this store! I'm not the only person writing this review giving a negative rating. Place is garbage and unfortunately gives a bad reputation to the subway franchise.
