A total catastrophe, the place says it closes at 11 pm, I arrived at 10 and there was nothing... the bread, which is essential, had not been baked, not even the bathroom was available. The pathetic service, the people who serve there are super unpleasant and unhelpful, they don't even have a vocation for service to work in this place, they should look for another place to work, because I could say that it is the worst place where I have been served. They should close that place, it is completely shameless, you place an order and they send you whatever they want, they do not have any type of ethics or consideration, it is a shame what Miami is becoming, please work with desire Respect people

We went to order footlong veggie delight but they did not have any bread so we had to order a pizza and a wrap. It was the worst pizza and wrap off my life. Because they did not even cut the pizza into pieces. Also the behavior of the lady was pretty rude. I want visit here
