That was nearly 2 decades ago. Prior to that, I had never tasted authentic Trinidad ?? “Trini” Food before. Therefore, I was skeptical. But Kathy majestically blends her own unique flavors & spices so magnetically, that has consistently kept Me & My Family coming back for more!
Being the indubitable Healthy Plantbased Customer, that I Am, who chooses wisely, intentionally & uncompromisingly, with NO MSG, when it comes to living, maintaining & sustaining a Healthy Wealthy Delicious Nutritious Livet Lifestyle, Kathy understands. She meets my needs & win-win demands, based upon her wide variety of plantbased meal options with more bang for the buck. More than satisfactorily.
She is also a high standards member of The Live Healthy Miami Gardens Restaurants & Bakeries Team.
My Top 3 Favorites include Her Delicious & Nutritious: 1) Chic Peas/Garbonzoes “Daily Doubles” w/her special spicy or mild tangy Tamarind Sauce, 2) Fried Collaloo w/Fresh Garlic & 3) Fresh Baked “Bake & Shark Fish” Sandwich loaded w/romaine lettuce, onions, tomatoes, pineapple, creamy sauce & coleslaw???

I went in the store to try something new and I was so disappointed I ordered dumpling n pork only to see my bill came to be 26 and I was talking to the cashier n it seem like she dont speak English and am sure people from Trinidad does . I was really disappointed.
