We were so excited to try the restaurant while staying at the hotel. The menu is not represented correctly. We ordered the Dry Rubbed Shrimp, roasted carrots and coconut rice.It came out covered in a sauce with Zucchini, peppers and plain rice. Our server did not tell us of the change on the menu. However with the incorrect meal, we were suddenly bombarded with a large party that started in other room came into the area we were dining. After we had no service and our server gave himself an automatic 20% garrtuinty. We questioned and he said there was nothing that could be done.We told him we were unhappy and he said there is nothing that can be done. We asked for a manager, but to no prevail.Diners beware....
Primary Bar was great at my small dinner party at my home. We had a total of six guest, and we were provided a 5 course meal by Chef JC Digon and Cristina. Very professional and attentive they helped my design the menu I was looking for. A friend referred them to me as they used to go Table 14 when they operated it. Thank you Cristina and JC

I used to go to Chef JC and Cristinas bar Table 14 in Coconut Grove. When I found out they were doing home events I wasted no time. Had my event and it was perfect. They catered to all my needs just as I wanted.

Recently we had the most amazing private experience at our home done by Jc and Cristina Digon by Primary Bar & Management. We requested an intimate meal for 6 people and they came and prepared and delivered above and beyond our expectations. I was surprised that the experience surpassed my expectations because the Executive Chef JC explained all the dishes, their preparations as well as allowed us to partake in the cooking experinece and his wife also paired the wines perfectly.

Very disappointing! Was hoping to find a good new spot in the neighborhood. We came for dinner at 7:30p, was greeted at the door with a “kitchen is closing in 30 minutes”. Fair enough, we asked if we placed an order right away if that would be okay. Bartender agrees and we sit down to look at the menu. Just a minute or two into looking at the menu the bartender goes “there’s actually 30+ restaurants you can eat at right up the street”. Message received! We will instead be eating at the “30+ restaurants up the street” in the future.
Visited for breakfast, nice ambiance and helpful service, the food was excellent, highly recommended.
Amazing restaurant!!! I absolutely love the food and drinks! Christina & JC are truly a godsend!! Table 14 is definitely a must-stop for any visitor in Coconut Grove!
Came to watch World cup game. Talk about made from scrstch? Everything was excellent. We are definitely coming back for breakfast again. We will try there dinner menu as well. Small location inside the Mutiny Hotel.

Cristina and JC are just awesome! This is a gem, right there in Coconut Grove at the famous Mutiny hotel. You can feel the passion and commitment to get it right the moment you step into Table 14. Cristina and JC and their team took great care of my family from Europe, Miami and I. We could have not asked for an easier process to have a great dinner for the 12 of us. Well done! Yummy, nicely presented and affordable. We sat out side in a beautiful lush area enjoying the cooler Miami weather this time of the year. We will be back!
If I can do 0 stars I will ...worst waitress
I literally just left and had to leave a review! The chef’s wife Cristina served us and told us about the menu. I had the delicious chicken quesadillas and my husband had the 4 cheese (CHOCOLATE VODKA) ravioli. TO DIE FOR. Staff is super friendly, made us feel like family.
The restaurant is run independently by a husband and wife team inside the Mutiny Hotel, where we had a VRBO unit. The husband is the executive chef and makes much of what you eat himself, like chips and shells, salad dressings, and so on; things that in many cases are purchased from outside vendors. I ordered ceviche and my wide had a salad/dip. The portion sizes were outrageously large; so large we decided we could order one man and split it, and still be unable to finish the whole thing. This applied even to the wondrously delicious truffle fries. We went back the next night and ate a tad lighter; I had a Cuban sandwich I could not possibly finish and my wife had a different dip and loved it. We both took home doggy bags. Woof. The wine list is thin, but corkage is just $15.
I had the BEST experience at table 14! The owners are literal angels and the food is the same way. I had the burger and have never had a better burger in my life- it was DELICIOUS and should win an award! Everything is so exceptional from the food, atmosphere, service, history of the bar, etc. so many sweet festive details for every holiday, I’ve never been more pleased in my life, these people are family owned and operated and are doing one hell of a job!
