This Taco Bell used to be fast what happened ? Every weekend I pass by to buy food at this location, have me waiting for 8 minutes and on top of that the little girl asked you to waited 5 minutes more, we have To do better managers please

BEWARE!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. In all my life, I have never experienced such a dumpster fire situation while sitting in the drive-thru for over an hour. Just left a major concert and it was approximately 11:30 PM. As soon as I got to the speaker box which took about 20 minutes to get there in long line, I was prompted immediately and instructed that it would be 10 more minutes until our order could be taken. Once 15 minutes passed, Order was taken. When I got to the drive-thru window and paid. There were about a dozen walk up orders customers at the same drive-thru-window, which explained the holdup. Yes, you heard it right, They were servicing walk ups customers for app orders at the same time at the same window as the drive-through. I was asked to back up to make room for the long line at the window. Almost 40 minutes later I received my food which was hot and correct, but experience was like being at a Third World country. It felt like you were gonna get car jacked, to be honest. Lots of crowds of customers surrounding drive in cars in the drive-thru, all being walk up orders. All said and done, here’s a free tip…. Maybe handle drive-thru orders for drive-thru and not have walk up app orders at the same window because waiting over an hour for a few tacos is absurd. If this was my first experience at a Taco Bell, I would never ever ever return. Beware, you’ll have a similar experience, as I should of listened to the reviews. Don’t make the same mistake!

Literally sat in the drive-through for 30 minutes just to get to the speaker box. The employee said “please wait 15 minutes”. Sat at the order speaker for about 10 minutes and then the employee took my order. When I drove around to the window to pay, I could not get up to the window because people were standing in the drive-through window in the driveway!!! it took another 10 minutes for the people to clear the way so I could even pay for my food. Finally pay, and then the employee told me to back up in the drive-through and waited another 45 minutes for my food. During this time, I watched dozens and dozens of people standing in the driveway of the drive-through going up to the window for walk order or something . I don’t know if they were pissed off customers with wrong orders or people doing food delivery service but pedestrians do not belong in the driveway surrounding your car. It felt very unsafe and there were a few sketchy characters hanging around . I know corporate would not approve this nonsense with what’s going on with the time the waits or people surrounding your car as you’re trying to get a drive-through order. I feel bad for the employees having to deal with this utter nonsense!!! Stay Away!!!

Just picked up an order that i ordered and picked up from the drive through. Total should have been about $20. They added my items to someone else's uber eats order and then charged me $37. Only realized after I got home and checked the receipt which had no prices. So I had to go online and check pricing. Running a scam.
Food was also super disappointing and tacos had a few onions and barely any meat. Avoid this place.

I hope this is the right Taco Bell. I’m from Colorado. Me and the husband were traveling this summer and stopped at this Taco Bell just to use the restroom. Knowing we had to purchase something we bought a few of the cheesy tacos. Oh my God, this taco Bell makes these tacos with nothing but pure love. The best cheesy taco I’ve ever eaten at a fast food joint. It was a Latina in the back cooking and the Latino man as the manager. Bravo to you both the place was spectacularly clean but most of all those freaking tacos amazing.

They have the three slowest ladies working here it took 40 minutes for me to get my mobile order that had been ordered 30 minutes prior to me getting there. On top of everything one was on her phone while making the orders completely ignoring her co workers. Overall horrible experience.

My favorite Taco Bell in Miami besides the one on Flagler and 83rd in Tamiami. My favorite meal right now is the $5 or $7 box meals. The $5 box brings a regular beef 🌮 with 🌯 and 🥤$7 box brings chips with 🧀 dip, chalupa 🌮 and 🌯 & 🥤which you can change for another chalupa instead. I get the Baja drinks. I recommend the purple Mountain Dew or regular Baja.
