At late night the man in the drivethru is rude, he treats people badly and the waiting time is excessive, this guy at night is such a shame, he wouldn't be working here or at any customer service job! 0 STARS!

The floor by the front register is wet a spill. The manager is rude if you're not Latin. And my reason for saying this is I'm a resident in this area 33130. And he's here often my first incounter was him having his friend here in lobby talking. Well I'm standing at register waiting. And when he comes to help start speaking Spanish it's rude thing. Please train them because customer service is needed here 1/12/2024 7:12pm

Rude, dirty, and crappy food. I hadn't been to Taco Bell in 12 years because the last experience was so bad. I'll never go back.
Don't order in the store unless you're prepared to wait for a long time. Received incorrect order, but it was not worth making another long wait for if you can go through the drive through it's faste even if they make u wait because of their metrics.
