The attendant was extremely rude. After, I was handed my bag of food I realized I didn’t get my drink. She sat and looked at me through the window. I had to signal that I didn’t receive my drink. Her response was “I didn’t take your order.” Then, she got my drink with no ice. I asked for ice and she told me the machine was out. Thank goodness fire sauce is as good as it is.

I'm a fan of the Taco Bell franchise but the one located at 3595 Biscayne Blvd in Miami is the worst of all. The attention is extremely bad and Super rude employees and especially the Managers. They are disrespectful and they deny you the bathroom if you make any claim to them.... I advise everyone who can visit it not to do it because the experience will be terrible
I also witnessed how they yelled at an elderly man while they blocked his access to the bathroom for the man simply asking for help.

Could use upgraded cooling system - it's a bit warm in here. The kiosk for electronic ordering was easy yet still allowed for cash payment at counter. Staff was friendly & polite wan food was quite good. Would return.

no tea no shade on the drive thru cashier because he is wonderful everytime we pass by, super friendly, super fast. however the quality of the food is HORRIBLE and their nacho fries are always cold, only reason im leaving this review is because i found this at the bottom of the fries and it was hard and looked disgusting…
