This seems like my default Taco Bell when I order Uber Eats and I must say, for delivery that takes about 45 minutes to arrive, the food is good most of the time. I'm not saying it's great, but usually if I stick to burritos or soft shell tacos, a few seconds in the microwave would dress my food up. I've also been here in person, well, drive-thru, late, and the line moves extremely slow. Food is definitely better when you do get it in person, obviously. Overall, not a bad place but they should be more careful when packaging your food: don't put heavy food on top of tacos.

The customer service is a resounding zero, I ordered on the screen, I was waiting for about 15 minutes and no one said anything, they even served people who arrived after me, two more people left the place because the employees were not interested in attending, at the end a kind worker asked if I had already ordered and I said yes, I paid and he asked the others for my order, it was ready and they had not given it to me, at the end the employee gave me my things, when I wanted to talk to her to ask for a plastic bag she just laughed, ignored me and left, she is latin and had a lousy attitude.

Worst customer service. Came in 04/13/2024 21:30 and the attitude of all the staff was bad. Place was dirty and messy. My order was incomplete and the guy behind the counter was rude when I ask for my things missing.

There is an employee skimming credit card numbers from this location's drive through window. I have recently been the target of identity theft, and after reviewing my purchase history, the only place it could've happened is here.
