The worse experience ever. This people have no education what so ever. Very disrespectful people. I went to pick up a delivery and they treated me very bad not only that but they cancel without my permission and the clients permission the order and on top of that they threatened me with no reason at all. And I did t get paid for waiting my time there waiting for my order. Very low class people . Wouldn’t advise any one to come here at all.

Extremely long wait times because they would rather cater to their uber and 3rd party deliveries and will make guests who actually come to their store wait 30 min in drive through without moving an inch... I understand for trying to increase your sales but I'm sorry guests who come to the store should not have to wait almost an hour in drive through to get your food

Horrible management and employees. Waited in line at the drive through without moving for 20 minutes before I simply canceled my order and left, only to discover the employees hanging out outside with no one taking the drive through orders or making food. Horrible establishment, I will not be back.

Unfortunately my experiences are at night-early morning, there is a lot of delay in delivery, the place collapses due to the high demand of both those waiting in their cars (line up to U.S.-1), and the delivery people (Uber-Doordash) They should rethink a strategy that makes more expeditious care viable. In the end, workers try to maximize time but it is impossible to have so much demand with so few staff.

There is little staff, but there is a specific glasses lady who is rude, not only to me but to a previous client of mine. I took an Uber Eats order for more than 20 minutes, 2 of the other ladies who work there were respectful to me, but the last one who came out has no idea about the word kindness and empathy. I hope they manage to improve their service levels. I wish you the best.

The manager on 10/12/2024 at 7:06 pm Tell me that my transaction wasnt paid in full when I get charged $3.20 from my bank of uber eats card, he never give me my food, so I leave very disappointing customer, I work in the area where the restaurant is located and almost every day I go there to at least get one taco as my dinner, Im a working Mom and I feel this person treat me like a simple uber eats worker. So sad people like him get a manager position.
