The staff was nice.. but my burrito was missing the beans when I ordered a rice and bean chicken burritoThis was disappointing because I ordered it to go and when I got home looking forward to eat my burrito, I was not satisfiedTaste good but not without the ingredients I asked for :)
I ordered three tacos without onions using the touchscreen tablet. Unfortunately, my experience fell short as I received two plain tacos lacking condiments or sauce, and the third one, which did have sauce, also had onions. This mix-up raises concerns about the reliability of automated systems; a human touch in service could have prevented such confusion and enhanced the overall experience.
