We went to the comedy show last Friday, which was practically empty. I’m from Spain, and my friend is from Venezuela. We had no issues entering as the security guard let us in without a problem.
However, when we went to order drinks, the server—a short, dark-haired American woman with glasses—told us that they only accepted passports as IDs. Despite having a Massachusetts ID and an American driver’s license, as well as several other forms of valid identification, she refused to serve us and told us to leave because we didn’t have a passport.
In the four years I’ve lived in Miami, I’ve never experienced anything like this. Honestly, I believe she was having a bad day and took it out on us. Her behavior came across as rude, hostile, and even racist. We had no choice but to leave, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I’ve never been to Taurus before. I came for the food, MASA CRAFT. I AM A LOYAL FOLLOWER OF THE DELICIOUS FOOD THESE GUYS MAKE. I CAME HERE TO SUPPORT THEM ON THEIR FIRST NIGHT OUT. I WISH I COULD ORDER EVERYTHING OFF THE MENU, I’VE HAD EVERYTHING NUMEROUS TIMES THROUGHOUT THEIR OTHER POP-UPS AND DIFFERENT LOCATIONS.
I DONT DRINK BUT IM GONNA ORDER A LA TROPICAL BEER. Their croquettes are the best in Miami. Their wings are brutally good. Their cheesesteaks are my favorite and these guys serve my favorite burger I’ve ever had.
Everyone should finish off their meal with their dessert ridiculously good Unfortunately, the cheesesteak did not last enough time to take a photo. I can’t wait to come back and bring my family.

Bartender & Waitress bad attitudes & downright nastiness coupled with an overpowering smell of Fabulosa makes this a 1-star at best.
Only go if you want to be treated poorly & want to breathe toxic cleaning chemicals.

Wack ass happy hour. Bartender that served us was a bit condescending. We inquired about the happy hour because the menu was not clear regarding that. He stated that drinks that he actually has to shake or stir would not be part of the happy hour. I never in my life heard a bartender say such a low class response to a customer. We had to order food and drinks at the bar but opted to sit outside. We order the snapper sandwich which was not good. Extremely bland. The bartender brought our food out and not once came back out to check on us. We had to go inside to ask for check. The worst part was that we were the only guest in the restaurant the whole time we were there. So I don't understand why we couldn't get basic service. Would not come here again

This review is long overdue, the bartender with the black hair and black bangs that thankfully ive never gotten the pleasure to even know her name is the absolute WORST. I have been working next door for 2 years and everytime i come here for a drink after work with my coworkers she is the most unpleasant person to exist. We all avoid her at all cost but somehow she finds a way to interact with us randomly in the most rudest way possible, even when we do not order from her. She is absolutely horrible and mean spirited and im suprised shes even lasted this long. Everyone else is very pleasant and normal.

We visited The Taurus this past Saturday and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. It seemed like we caught them on an off night, but the issues were numerous and frustrating. The menu lists several drinks and food options that they don't actually sell—none of the seltzers or canned drinks listed were available, and they were also out of chicharrones, which was one of the main things we were looking forward to. We ended up settling for the Taurus Burger, but it was a letdown: incredibly salty, the patty was burnt, and the bread was so burnt that you couldn’t even chew it. The fries were the only decent part of the meal.
To make matters worse, we tried to use a promo listed on their website—$20 off a $50 purchase when you sign up and you with the InKind app—but they refused to honor it, despite it being clearly advertised on their own site. Overall, it was a bad experience, and we definitely won't be returning.
