Food here dry over cooked not fresh
The food is good. Customer service checkout sucks. Hard workers making plates. EVERYTHING stops at the check out. No urgency no concern.
Uber eats forget about it.
Sign says stand here to be served. That lady ignores your presence. When ask how to get service here for Uber pick up. She says I have yo let her know why I'm standing there despite the sign instructing driver's to stand there.
Now when I go directly behind the next person's in line, she then served me until today.
Now she ignores me in the line. So I call the Mgr. As I attempt to ask for the process to be served as an Uber driver. Guess who stop working to defend a position when I'm talking to the manager. Yup. Manager was nice, instructed me to stand where instructed not in the line. I WILL record my next experience and if distasteful I will reference the video location.
Her customer service skill are nonexistent for that one lady. The others appear to be working hard to get the food to the Customers.
Each wait is like 10-15 wait as a Uber delivery driver who waits until the food is said to be ready before I pick it up and still have 15 min wait just to be ignored. Smh

My husband and I went to Dutch Pot in Miami Gardens today and the food was so bad. We order two basic meals. One Jerk Pork and one Jerk Chicken. The pork tasted old as if it had been sitting for some time. The chicken was dry and so were the peas and rice. We both asked for cabbage, and we were given a salad instead. For $34, I expected more, especially considering it was early in the day.

I've been coming here since they first opened and in 2025 I see that the overall quality of this place, from food, service and atmosphere has gone down exponentially. They need to make changes to accommodate the traffic of customers that visit this place on a daily basis.

Honestly, I felt a little down. My only criticism is that the oxtails should have had much more flavor. It was missing to me the Jamaican spices. The meat was spot on tender. The rice and peas, and cabbage are great. Maybe I'm spoiled being from the Bronx NYC and having lived in a Jamaican neighborhood. Hardly any Jamaican spices on the oxtails. Clearly, it's an immensely popular place. The drive-thru order car line was wrapped around the building to the street. The parking lot spaces all taken up and inside a long line to wait to order. Which I didn't mind. The service workers were extremely working hard to fulfill peoples orders and were very friendly despite the demand of people. I drove all the way from Brickell Av and 25th Road in anticipation of this meal. I so much miss from home. I'm a New York Rican. I love oxtails the Puerto Rican 🇵🇷 version, Dominican Version, but the Jamaican version is different from Latinos. P.S. I was very happy with the portions, no complaints there. I bought a large dinner. This is from the blanquito boricua oxtails is one of my favorite meals

Difficulties with the staff.
After waiting 20 minutes in the drive-through and placing my order, the drive-through attendant instructed me to come inside to receive 8 piece of barbecue chicken. Upon entering, the cashier appeared to have an attitude and refused to acknowledge me, even while fully aware of my purpose for visiting. When I informed her that I needed to place another order, as she did not have the previous one and was aware that the drive-through attendant had advised me to come inside, she continued to ignore me.
Delicious food!!! They give you a heaping plateful!!!
