I rarely write reviews, but this one absolutely deserves it. My daughter has celiac disease and a dairy allergy, and for years we’ve struggled to find desserts she could truly enjoy. If you’ve ever dealt with food allergies, you know how hard it is…most things are “good enough,” but never great.
Then we found The Oats Guy, and everything changed.
For her 18th birthday, I wanted her to have a cake she could actually look forward to, something that made her feel included and celebrated. His cookies and cream cake was beyond amazing. Not only did my daughter love it, but all her friends (a group of tough-to-please 18-year-olds!) were raving about it. They couldn’t believe it was gluten- and dairy-free and even asked for his info!
For the first time ever, my daughter truly enjoyed her birthday cake. Seeing her smile and feel “normal” on her special day meant the world to me.
