Went to go check out these guys in person, they seemed pretty professional and very attention oriented to detail, after I left I got bombarded with 5 calls a day to close out the deal, I weighed in my options after a couple weeks and getting hounded daily by Xavier their sales rep I went with United food truck. AS SOON AS YOU PAY THEY ARE GONE!!!! They will not give you the time of the day or even reply to some of your emails, the sales rep kept saying our trailer was going to come with a tv on the outside, after 2 weeks of asking where it was going to go, i called the DAY BEFORE SCHEDULED PICKUP I WAS INFORMED that their would be no possibility of a tv on the outside (sounds like he forgot to include it) .Bottom line is Danny is the only decent employee here if you value customer Service and your money go somewhere else, my trailer did not come with stabilizer jacks, a short faucet almost inoperable and didn't even bother to remove the plastics before putting on the bolts inside.

First let’s start with the initial call for inquiries. They were very knowledgeable and did not leave any information out. They were very informative and gave us more information than we actually asked for. Every call and email was replied to in a timely manner.our food trailer looks amazing! And it passed inspection in North Carolina. They did all the research to ensure that everything we needed to pass in the state of North Carolina was done. Renzo and Danny are amazing. The team when we went to pick up the truck we all so friendly. We have not used our truck yet so we will write a review after our first run :) very impressed by this company. Buyer beware!!I have purchased a new build from this company and at first I was thrilled to receive it. Soon after it was shipped to me we noticed our crape maker was damaged and not leveled which looks like it happened during installation into our truck. Kicker is that crepes are what our menu is centered around so this affected us dramatically. We are still waiting for our replacement.Our decal over the outside vent was already pealing off I was told to take pictures of it over and over again but it’s still not resolved.The sealant used to close gaps between the sealing and our hood system is failing and deteriorating within a month of use. I mentioned this to the company and they sent contractors to look at it however the contractor they sent said that they don’t work on food trucks and that they work on mobile homes and sheet rock so they could not assist me either.The awning we had chosen would not open in the slightest and I’m told from specialist that it was installed incorrectly and I paid out of pocket to have it fixed. We were told by United Food Truck to give a copy of the invoice, which we did and we still have not yet been reimbursed.I would love to say working with United food truck was a great experience but once you take possession and look things over or have issues it’s a absolute full time job to have those issues resolved if that is something they even do.Buyer beware!!
