Verde at Perez Art Museum offers a creative menu featuring delicious pizzas, salads, chicken under the brick, fish, fresh fries, and desserts. The ceviche with choclo and polenta with shrimp were good, but some dishes could use more seasoning. The staff is friendly and attentive, making diners feel right at home. The buttermilk panna cotta is a standout dessert, complemented by a tasty strawberry compote and citrus fruits. The atmosphere is chill, perfect for a laid-back night out. The location is great, but the noise from the highway detracts. The food was great, with the salmon, Brussels sprouts, and fish tacos all being delicious. The French Rose wine went well with the food. The noise level was high due to highway construction, but the food, lovely server, and view more than made up for that. The restaurant is a hidden gem that offers a unique dining experience with incredible views of Biscayne Bay.
