Cozy little café with a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee.
Great service, Great food.
And! The servers don't speak English! Ugh!!!
If I could give one star I would. I come here all the time, and today I came. I ordered my toast as usual, and they put too much butter on it. I asked the girl if she could change it, and she said no, that it was already made. Honestly, toast is never made. You put butter on it and then it gets toasted. I am a regular customer, and I will never come here again. The girl gave very bad attention and very bad service. I will never come here again.
My husband and I decided to have lunch at this location. I ordered a pan con bistec and my husband ordered a Chicken Milanesa sandwich. I don't mind paying $$$ when it comes to food but I feel like it was overpriced for both sandwiches and they weren't the greatest. I had to add my own condiments to the sandwich👎 service at the counter is not the friendliest, the girls all need training in customer service. One of the ladies was sweeping and mopping while customers were eating, very unprofessional if you ask me. When customers were stepping on the wet floor she would look up at them like if they were in the wrong. No floor wet signs or nothing. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went for a media noche sandwich they wanted me to pay separate for mayonnaise and pickles. Never had that experience before...
Take a good look at the kind of people who work in that place, if they don't have the patience to take care of it, it's better to quit and find someone who works well😏

They charge a 3% fee for using a credit card in 2024. Unacceptable. I’ll NEVER return here. Accepting cards as payment is a cost of doing business. Build it into the cost of your goods like every other business. Charging a fee for cards is terrible business and it has just lost you a customer. First time here and last time. Pathetic.
Great place for delicious cuban pastries.

Second time I eat and my food it's awful!!!
I will never understand in a country where there is plenty of food, how an establishment, in order to save $3, sells old, dry and bad-tasting food. Gentlemen, throw away what happened the day before. By saving a few pesos they lose a good client. The empanadas are soooooo frea….dry and old. The croquettes are so cheap to buy in bulk, with a rancid flavor. The Cortadito was good

The place atmosphere is good, but the serving style is horrible. The grab a ticket and wait system make the whole service looks disorganized. I will try this place again on a not so busy time. Pastries looks good and diverse.
Coming back to update my review:
I had the opportunity to try the pastries and breakfast options. I can only said that food was great!!! This place will become my to go place for days I do not feel like cooking at home. Stilled do it like the ticketing system, but the food is worth the wait.
