Went with a friend and had the best time! Highly recommended! Leyla is great and so knowledgeable. Also, they have great Spanish music!

We really enjoyed this place! Great bartender, cozy vibe and good chicken skins!
Cool unique drinking experience in Miami. I didn't know much about vermouth so I enjoyed the flight and knowledge of the bartender. not sure why theres so many low reviews, I had an amazing experience here. Very personable staff that customized the experience to my preferences. If you like vermouth or are looking to try something different this is a nice place to kill an hour at. Tasting with 4 vermouths was $20 and the pours were generous
My brother and I came here and tried both of the flights. We'd both loved vermouth while traveling in Spain, but can never find a good selection in the States. The flights seemed very well-curated, offering a big range of flavor profiles in a fun progression. We each had a glass of our favorite afterwards. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we didn't try any of the food, but the ambiance and vermouth selection were great!
Great little wine bar in Coconut Grove. Cozy, eclectic and perfect for a date night. Absolute best sangria, and D'Angelo is wonderful. Went there twice in one weekend and looking forward to our next visit.
A nice concept, but sadly a poor execution. The selection of vermouths is not that great, and they are out of stock on half the things we ordered. They have a small menu of tapas, which are over priced and poorly prepared. I hope they figure things out, but things don’t look good
Very cozy great ambience, great bartender. We had a flight of vermouth, very good. Really wanted the chicken skins but they were out. Will have to come back. D’Angelo was amazing! Great place for date night! Nice place to hangout with friends too!
I was excited to try out Miami's first Vermouth Bar. Especially since it's by Kush hospitality and came highly recommended by a staff member. But I was disappointed. But first, let's talk about the good...The vermouth! I had a Spanish mule made with dry white Vermouth and it was delicious! It was also affordable for Miami prices but then again vermouth is inexpensive to make and doesn't have a high alcohol percentage so take that with a grain of salt. I also tried the La Pivon white vermouth which was also very good.Victoria's has 2 vermouths that they make in-house. We sampled both of them and they weren't anything to rave about. The white was better than the red but that's based on your flavor profile. I'll be sticking to my Spanish mule. Now we get to the bad. The food. $22 for a small charcuterie board that barely fits on the bar top. A $1.50 add-on for blue cheese, which I thought would be cheese crumbles but instead was blue cheese sauce? I'd dare you to find the difference between this blue cheese sauce vs the one that is served at Ale House with your wings. To top it off the cheese that was served didn't taste like anything. I was hard-pressed to find something I liked here but their guava jelly which is also found in the frita burger at their sister location was delicious. But by no means should you order this.Lastly, I'll touch on the vibe. Victoria's is a very intimate place with a max capacity of 25. We went on a busy Saturday night and there was only one person working. He was in charge of greeting, making drinks, serving food, cashing out, and everything in between. Personally, I think this is a lot to put on one person. At the very least there should be a second person that's in charge of welcoming and seating guests. This would go a long way to improving the overall experience.I believe there is potential here but right now it's untapped. Miami's first vermouth bar could be short-lived.
